Winoca Records ships domestically via UPS ground. Shipping costs are determined at the time of purchase. Orders typically ship 2-3 days from time of receipt. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you have a rush order, please contact us directly.
International Shipping Information
Winoca Records offers international shipping to most countries through the US Postal Service. If you are an international customer, Please contact us directly to handle your order. Note: Winoca Records will not cover import fees, duty taxes, or any other fees incurred for international shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their postal provider to find out what type of taxes and fees you may be charged.
Return Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our products. Our returns are handled on an individual basis. If you have a problem with any part of your order, please contact usimmediately and we will do our best to fix it. Returns are rare and granted only in the case of a manufacturer’s defect.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Winoca Records, you must contact via the website or by phone (910) 763-7635. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting us to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. PLEASE NOTE: if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
Refund Policy
Full refunds will be granted only in the case of a manufacturer’s defect or approved cancelled order. Partial refunds may be given for cancelled or incomplete orders (see Cancellation Policy).
